The New complex is located next to the Republican forest breeding and seed center. With all plantations and nurseries it covers an area of 20 hectares. The forest seed center consists of 6 greenhouses, 9 fields of rearing, sowing and school departments of nursery, forest seed plantations. There will be a line for packing plant seedlings, a soil laboratory, as well as refrigerators for storing seedlings.

- The facility uses equipment produced in Belarus, as well as in Germany, Italy, France, Israel, Sweden, Finland and other countries. Up to 6 million pine and spruce seedlings will be grown here per year. Today, this is the largest amount of planting material among all the complexes under construction, — reported in the Republican forest selection and seed center.

The difference Between this center and the other five projects for growing planting material from the zkc is that there will be greenhouses with an innovative artificial fog system and a computer system for feeding plants. There will also be a collection of economically valuable forms of woody plants and genetically improved forest seed plantation of European spruce.

The construction of the centre has been completed by 85-90 %. Now the interior decoration of buildings, supply of technological equipment, landscaping and commissioning.
