as you know, 2018 is declared the year of the small homeland, which should also affect the places where our citizens will work. So, already announced that the heads of government agencies will be during the work day to work where they were born.

Features of carrying out work day in the current year are established by the resolution of the Council of Ministers of 10.04.2018 No. 276. It, in particular, provides that the money that will be earned during the clean-up, including in the workplace (or rather their part, the size of which must determine the workers themselves), will be transferred through the Paradise and city Executive committees in the Executive committees and Minsk city Executive Committee. The order of such transfer will be determined by the Ministry of Finance later. This order extends including and on workers which activity is not connected with production (works), rendering paid services – in practice, how many to transfer for them the management of these organizations decides.

Half of the money the regional Executive committees and Minsk city Executive Committee will leave itself in order to subsequently send them to the landscaping and bring in the proper state of human settlements, including small towns, memorials, places of combat and military glory, burial places of soldiers and partisans of the great Patriotic war, and also in the preparation of children's camps for the summer. The second half they have to transfer directly to the Ministry of Finance for the subsequent purchase of medical equipment for healthcare institution "City clinical emergency hospital". It will be used to open additional round-the-clock posts for medical care, as well as reserve beds in case of emergency hospitalization of participants and guests of The II European games 2019.

in addition, decree No. 276 established that if a volunteer will involve non-profit organizations, their teams have the right to transfer its own funds at a level that will decide.

one more norm concerns workers for whom April 21, 2018 is a working day according to the schedule of work: at them (with their consent) employers will keep part of means from a salary, in the sizes determined voluntarily by collectives of workers.
