Vitaly Drozhzha was born in 1978 in Korelichi, Grodno region. In 2000 he graduated from the Belarusian state technological University, in 2011 - the Academy of management under the President of the Republic of Belarus.

Labor activity Vitaly Yeast started in Logoisk forestry office worker. In 2000-2001 he served in the internal Affairs bodies. 2001-2006 - the Ranger Red-Swabian forest logoysky forestry. In 2006-2008-chief inspector of the Department of control and audit work and state control over the forest of the Ministry of forestry of Belarus. From 2008 to 2013 he headed the Bobruisk forestry.

From 2013 to the present time he worked as the General Director of the state nature protection institution "Braslav lakes national Park".
